We welcome vendors, healers, and craft artists to share their sacred offerings at PHOENIX RISING.

• Vendors are welcomed as participants, everyone is part of the gathering. We encourage vendors to participate in the gathering when not at your booth. All are encouraged to attend the sacred fire circles at night. 

• The Vendor Ticket is $40 above the adult registration rate ($228- regular registration- $262 Late registration- June 13th-June 16th)

• Only one vendor ticket is required to hold a booth space. Your helpers purchase a regular ticket.

• All vendors selling products should have a valid seller's permit. We will not be checking permits. Wellness practitioners should have their own liability insurance.

• Vendors arrive Thursday June 16th between 9:00-10:00 am to set up. Vending setup must be complete by 1:00 pm.

• You may pull your vehicle right up to your space to off load. Vehicles must be moved immediatly once offloaded.

• Break down begins Sunday June 19th any time you desire as long as you are loaded out by 3:00.

• Placement is on a 1st come basis. Please contain your area to a 10'x10' space.

• Electricity is provided. Bring your own lights, extension cords, power strips, tables, chairs, and canopy. 

• We can get very high winds, secure your canopy accordingly. 

• Cell reception is spotty. We ask participants to bring cash for the vendors.

• No vending during the all-night sacred fire circles.

• The event is not responsible for lost or missing items. 

• This is an intentional sacred gathering, so your offerings must be compatible with this event.

 

YOU MUST BE PRE-APPROVED TO VEND to insure your offerings are not duplicated or inappropriate.

We will be in touch to approve your application and give you the secret code to register as a vendor.
